Do I need prior experience with Kambo or Rapé?
No. Both ceremonies are open to beginners. You will receive full guidance and support before, during, and after each ceremony.
Is Kambo safe?
Yes, when guided by an experienced practitioner, Kambo is safe. Yuri Fomin has years of experience and follows traditional protocols. However, there are some health conditions that may be contraindications. A short health screening will be done before the retreat.
Will I experience visions or hallucinations?
No. Kambo and Rapé are not psychoactive and do not induce hallucinations. The experience is physical, emotional, and energetic — often deeply cleansing, but not psychedelic.
What does the Kambo process feel like?
Kambo can bring intense sensations for a short period: heat, sweating, purging, and a strong body reaction. It usually lasts 20–40 minutes. Afterwards, people often feel light, energized, and mentally clear.
Can I participate if I have a medical condition?
Some conditions (e.g., heart issues, epilepsy, pregnancy) are contraindicated. We’ll ask you to fill out a health form and will consult with you individually to ensure your safety.
What kind of support is available during the retreat?
